Privacy & your enquiry
We use the details you send through our enquiry form to discuss your party, check availability and prepare a quote. An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
What the form collects
Your contact details, the birthday child’s first name and age, preferred date and time, location, group size, party preferences and any message you choose to share. Please avoid including full names of other children or unnecessary medical information.
Where your enquiry goes
The form uses Cloudflare to send your enquiry to the business inbox that receives mail for booking@littleluxelab.co.uk. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides email delivery. Enquiries are not saved in a separate website database. Our email provider and business inbox may retain the message.
Allergies and accessibility
These fields are optional. Share only the practical arrangements you would like to discuss; you can ask to discuss sensitive details privately instead. We use this information only to help plan your enquiry and any agreed party.
Contact and your details
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have submitted, email booking@littleluxelab.co.uk. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing.
Cookies and images
The website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to keep the website secure and available. Party images are original AI-created illustrations of the concept, not photographs of previous customers.
